Data controller
Fluxis Labs is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Contact us at fluxislabs@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive the following data:
- Name
- Email address
- Message
- Budget
- Timeline
- Project type
Bookings
If you book a call, Cal.com collects the details you enter in their booking form. That processing is handled by Cal.com as described in their own privacy policy.
Legal basis
We process contact-form data to take steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and to respond to inquiries.
Analytics scripts load only with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can accept or reject analytics in the cookie banner.
We record technical errors with Sentry so we can keep the site working. That processing is our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not send contact-form field values (name, email, message) to Sentry.
The language cookie is strictly necessary to show the site in your chosen locale, so it does not require consent.
Processors
We use the following processors to operate the site and handle inquiries:
- Supabase - stores contact-form submissions
- Resend - sends notification and confirmation emails
- Vercel - hosts the website
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights - optional usage and performance metrics, loaded only after you accept analytics
- Sentry - records technical errors so we can fix failures
- Cal.com - scheduling and booking
Cookies
We use these cookies and similar technologies:
- NEXT_LOCALE - strictly necessary language preference, stored for one year, no consent required
- fluxis_consent - strictly necessary record of your analytics choice, stored for one year
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights - loaded only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner
Retention
Contact-form submissions are kept for 24 months after we receive them, then deleted, unless a longer period is required to perform a contract or meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability by emailing fluxislabs@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
